Our Founder, Entrepreneur Rick Bisnoff, started NYC Alarm in 1996 after being in the alarm business and having owned several other companies.

Today, the next generation, Rick's son Robert, runs the business along with the staff that Rick assembled and has been working for our clients for almost 30 years!

Peter Pizzo, our Technical Services V.P. has over 45 years experience Installing and Servicing Fire Alarm Systems. Peter Oversees all aspects of our Service and Installation Departments. He is certified and licensed to install fire alarm systems in NY State.

Henry Feuerstein, our Installation Manager has over 20 years of experience installing & servicing fire alarms.

Maria Minolts, our Project Manager has over 20 years of experience in new installations & modifications of fire alarms as well as violations.
